Training

John Ryan Howard is an Irish actor from Cork City on the southern coast of Ireland. In May 2008 he graduated from the two-year comprehensive Actor Training program directed by Belinda Wild. He has done numerous screen acting courses, most notably 'Acting for Screen' with Hollywood's top acting coach, Margie Haber.

Work

His body of work includes over 50 short films and numerous plays ranging from Brian Friel's 'Translations' in which he played the leading role of Owen, to the classic farce comedy,'A Flea in her Ear', in which John played Etienne, a role made famous by Sir Anthony Hopkins.

Ambition

John's ambition is to strike a happy medium between film acting and his love of performing on stage.
